POPPY SEED BRUNCH CAKE

Ingredients:

3 Eggs
2 Cups Sugar
1 Cup Vegetable Oil
3 Cups Flour
1 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Can Evaporated Mile
1/4 Cup Poppy Seeds

Directions:

1. Mix the eggs, sugar, and oil for 3 minutes.
2. Sift flour, soda and salt.
3. Add flour mixture alternately with evaporated milk.
4. Stir in poppy seeds.
5. Bake in a greased Bundt pan at 360 for 45 minutes.

**Leave out the poppy seeds and it makes a mock pound cake
to be served with strawberries.
