Ingredients:
1 can Great Northern Beans or Cannellini Beans
Directions:
Place a medium sauce pan on medium heat on the stove. Add enough oil to cover the bottom of the pan.
Once vegetables are transparent add the Cabbage and the Beans, liquid and all,
Bring to a boil and simmer for 45 minutes.
Garnish individual servings with Cumin.
Makes about 4 servings.
2 Stalks of Celery chopped or minced
1 Small Onion Chopped or minced
1 clove garlic (Optional)
Olive or Canola Oil
A double handful of Raw Cabbage
Cumin - used as a garnish
If using Great Northern Beans place the fat in the beans in with the oil and melt.
Sautee Onion, Celery, and (Optional) garlic.
If you want vegetarian you can take out the fat or use Cannelloni Beans.
